My Dad :)

For the first time ever after years, I actually enjoyed spending half a day with my dad. Hahaa.. I know what's in your mind now. Me and my dad, aren't those father and daughter which joke and laugh around together. Almost all the time when we talk, will end up arguing.

Today, I need to get my NS differed. So I drove to his office and he'll bring me to Wangsa Maju to hand in the letter from my college. At first, he's with his scary, mean and cold looks on him. I dare not speak a word as I wouldn't want to argue all the way to our destination. Not long after that, he start a topic to break the silent. Surprised? I am. And this is where my stupidity hits me.


Dad : Shouldn't have take this way, now jammed again. ( It was about 3.20pm )
Me : Then should take which way?
Dad : But both NKVE and FEDERAL Highway always jammed, either way will still stuck in traffic.
Me : *being myself* Then where are we now?
Dad : We've been here so many times and yet you got no clue where is here?!
Me : *shaked head* No.
Dad : FEDERAL Highway la! How can you not know where you are now? All this while you've been driving around, do you know what road you're using?
Me : I know I used KESAS Highway. ( LOL! I know, I'm stupid. )


Then from there, we started talking to each other properly!! I know, to some girls out there, this is very normal. But my relationship with my dad, is totally different. Our relationship as father and daughter is very cold. Too cold that I rather not to even speak when he's around.

Oh yeah, I finally understand all those insurance stuffs for cars, for humans and all kind of stuffs that I might face in the future. He explained everything in detail for me, for the first time, without any arguments. Also, he told me bout his past, his friends and about my mom and him!!! It shows another side of him which he kept away from me for years.

Though, it was all happened in 5 hours, I really am happy. To actually spent a day with my dad.
